Most engagements are quoted after a short discovery call. The figures below are starting points so families can plan budgets before we visit the premises.

What changes the quote
- Travel beyond Greater Bangkok and overnight stays
- Number of sites, branches, or product lines in scope
- Need for consecutive Thai-language facilitation with interpretation
- Depth of documentation the family wants for board packs
What we do not bill as extras
Preparation reading, a short discovery call, and one revision pass on written findings are included in fixed engagements. Materials purchased for workshops (printed wall maps, sticky media) are billed at cost when the family asks us to supply them.
