Approach

Four stages from first call to a map the family owns.

Whether you start with an Operating Rhythm Review or a shorter facilitation, engagements follow a calm sequence that protects confidential family topics while still reaching the shop floor.

Notebook and process notes on a wooden desk
  1. Discovery call. We listen for industry, generations involved, and whether the bottleneck is operational, relational, or both. If we are a poor fit, we say so early.
  2. Scope and sponsor. One family member sponsors the work. Sensitive ownership topics stay private until the family invites a wider room.
  3. Field work. Interviews and observation on the premises. We follow one live cycle — an order, a collection week, or a supplier negotiation — rather than surveying everything at once.
  4. Briefing and handover. A written map, named bottlenecks, and a change sequence. The family decides pace; we do not stay as shadow managers.

What families prepare

Introduce us to supervisors before we arrive. Set aside interview time that will not be cancelled for daily emergencies. Share any existing org sketches, even if incomplete. Tell us which topics must stay with owners only.

Where work happens

Most field days are on client premises in Greater Bangkok and nearby provinces. Ownership briefings can take place at our Bangkok address or at a venue the family chooses.
